My Story

 

Ever since I was a little girl baking has always been a passion of mine, I always found it to be a calming and creative way to pass time and so I began baking more and more, experimenting with flavours and different types of sweet treats. I started practicing and developing recipes for myself so I thought what better way to share them then by starting a blog.

This september i’ll begin studying patisserie at college so i’ll be learning and expanding my skills meaning I will have a lot more experience and recipes to share.

Recently my parents have joined slimming world so I have been adapting recipes so that they can stick to their diet while still enjoying the same treats without depriving themselves. Obviously this isn’t exactly possible for all the treats I’ve been making however there are alternatives I have been experimenting with. I have been doing the same with gluten-free and vegan ingredients as my eldest sister is trying different foods for health reasons. Although this can be tricky to find ingredients that work the same as the usual ingredients I would use.
